Can you send MMS or picture messages?
No, sorry!
What's the catch?
There isn't one!
Do you charge for incoming calls, either in the UK or the EU?
No, it's free to receive a call at all times.
Why hasn't this been done before?
Mobile networks prefer to keep you on their network because it's much cheaper than paying another network to let you on theirs.
Can I use the sim outside the EU?
Not yet, but we are working on this and will be available soon.
Will you be providing mobile handsets and accessories too?
Yes!
How does the sim switch from one network to another?
It does it automatically and will always seek out the next available network!
Can you carry a conversation from one network to another without dropping the call?
Unfortunately not. That would require a lot more cooperation from mobile networks than is currently possible.
Can I port my number to you?
Yes!
Will your sim work with 5G?
Yes!
Can I top up my Anywhere SIM with any amount?
Yes. Once your initial credit has been used, you can top up with any amount that suits your usage.
Can I buy a small SIM first and top up later?
Yes. Many customers start with a £10 SIM to test coverage, then add more credit later.
Do I have to top up with the same amount I originally bought?
No. You're free to top up with any amount regardless of your original purchase.
Can I top up enough credit for a whole year?
Yes. Many customers add a larger balance, such as £60, to cover longer periods.
Is Anywhere SIM suitable for low-data devices?
Yes. Flexible top-ups are ideal for CCTV, alarms, GPS trackers, IoT devices and remote monitoring.
Can businesses test before rolling out lots of SIMs?
Yes. Businesses often trial a small number of SIMs before deploying them more widely.
Do I need to change SIM cards after topping up?
No. Simply add more credit to the same SIM whenever you need to.
Is there a monthly contract?
No. You only add credit when you need it, with no fixed monthly contract.
What's the difference between the sims, other than the name?
Each sim is numbered to reflect the amount of credit that comes with it. e.g. Sim 10 comes with £10, Sim 40 comes with £40 etc.
Which networks will the sim work with in the UK?
Our SIMs will roam across all 4 UK mobile network operators (EE, O2, Three and Vodafone)
How do I activate/deactivate voicemail?
Simply dial the number below (in relation to your sim type) to activate/deactivate voicemail.
